New co-working space is Philadelphia’s largest

Washington, D.C.-based MakeOffices, a co-working company, opened its 1635 Market Street location earlier this month.

This is the company’s second location in Philadelphia, and it is now the city’s largest co-working space.

“The 57,000 SF footprint at 1635 Market outstrips even MakeOffices’ flagship location in D.C.’s The Wharf development, which will be 45,000 SF when it opens later this month,” quoted a Bisnow Philadelphia article.

The space contains 156 offices, eight conference rooms, and close access to SEPTA’s Regional Rail and subway lines.

MakeOffices’ newest space joins the 65+ incubators, accelerators and co-working spaces located throughout southeastern Pennsylvania, northern Delaware and southern New Jersey.
