Select Greater Philadelphia (Select) is excited to present our report summarizing the outcomes of the 2023-2024 Engage! Interview Initiative for Philadelphia.

Drawing from data provided by the Pennsylvania Department of Community & Economic Development (PA DCED) through its 2023-2024 “Engage!” program, for which the Chamber is a supporting partner, the Select team analyzed insights from 87 interviews with business owners in Philadelphia County during the 2023-2024 fiscal year. This comprehensive report compares the findings from Philadelphia businesses to regional data, serving as a tool to help businesses benchmark their engagement and explore pathways for improvement.

Engage! is a Pennsylvania statewide, industry-driven initiative led by a team of experienced professionals who proactively engage with businesses across the Commonwealth, including the Chamber, to understand their opportunities and challenges and provide targeted technical assistance and solutions.
