American Airlines launched daily nonstop service from PHL to Edinburgh, Scotland and Milan, Italy, beginning May 23, 2025, alongside the return of seasonal service to Copenhagen, Naples, and Nice. Also, Aeroméxico established year-round daily nonstop flights between PHL and Mexico City (MEX) starting June 5, 2025, marking the first direct link since 2019.
