As the Executive Director of The Chamber of Commerce for Greater Philadelphia’s CEO Council for Growth and Senior Vice President of Economic Competitiveness, Claire Greenwood leads the work of nearly 60 business, higher education, and civic leaders who commit their time and efforts to enhancing economic growth and prosperity in the tri-state area. Additionally, in her role as vice president of Leadership Engagement, Claire is responsible for leading the work of the Chamber’s Engagement Tables, which are industry and subject-matter-specific initiatives designed to create deep engagement within Chamber member companies.

As Vice President of The Chamber of Commerce for Greater Philadelphia’s Talent and Workforce, Nikki guides the positioning of the region’s economy as equitable, inclusive, and committed to attracting, retaining and developing talent. Through her role, Nikki serves as a conveyor and connector between the region’s businesses and workforce, creating cross-sector partnerships, guiding career development and strategically leveraging public and private funding to promote regional economic growth. Nikki serves on the Board for Amplify Philly, is the Board Chair for the Technology Learning Collaborative and the Co-Chair for the Advocacy and Policy Advisory Board of 1Philadelphia. Nikki is also the founder of PHL Women in WkDev, a community of 100+ leaders and professionals to address the need for connection, collaboration, and career advancement in the field of workforce development.

As Manager of Business Attraction & Expansion, Lindsey builds coalitions of regional partners to engage and empower companies considering locating in Greater Philadelphia. She manages data analysis to help companies assess their business cases in the region and proactively attends conferences and trade shows to market the region. Lindsey holds a Master of City and Regional Planning and a Professional Certificate in Energy Management and Policy from the University of Pennsylvania’s Stuart Weitzman School of Design and its Kleinman Center for Energy Policy. Her professional background has touched regional planning, economic development research, campaign strategy, class action law, and tech hubs.

As the Chamber of Commerce for Greater Philadelphia’s Regional Marketing Manager, Elisa plays an integral role in positioning and promoting the Greater Philadelphia region’s economy as a globally connected, collaborative and accessible place to do business. 

Elisa’s role focuses on sharing the story of the region’s vibrant and robust economy to diverse audiences, including through partnering with key stakeholders to amplify the region’s assets and ultimately to attract national and international businesses and talent to the region.

As the Manager of Life Science and Health Care Initiatives, Bryan aims to support the growth of health and life science companies in the Greater Philadelphia region by fostering collaboration and innovation within the region to improve public health outcomes and engage in student and workforce development. Bryan brings with him 10+ years of academic scientific research experience specifically focused on cancer. He holds a B.S. in Cell Biology from University of Kansas and a Ph.D. in Biomedical Sciences from Penn State College of Medicine. After his Ph.D., Bryan spent a year at Rutgers as a Postdoc to study cell and gene therapy (CGT) and learn about the CGT ecosystem through the National NSF I-Corps program. Additionally, Bryan is the Program Director of BioStrategy Partners where he manages programs that provide support and opportunities for Life Science companies in the Greater Philadelphia region.
