Claire Marrazzo Greenwood has dedicated her career to building a region where economic growth translates into real opportunity for the people who live and work in Greater Philadelphia. As Executive Director of the Greater Philadelphia Growth Partnership and Executive Vice President of Economic Growth at the Chamber of Commerce for Greater Philadelphia, she serves in a critical role: anchoring the Chamber’s continued commitment to regional competitiveness through her leadership of the new, business-driven, multi-stakeholder Partnership to strengthen the regional economy and expand access to quality jobs across the region.

Claire brings more than two decades of experience working across public, private, nonprofit, and industry sectors to forge deep connections that strengthen communities and grow the region’s economy. Throughout her career, she has built and led numerous cross-sector coalitions, driven economic growth initiatives, and fostered catalytic workforce partnerships that have elevated Greater Philadelphia’s competitive profile nationally and globally as a great place to live, work and build a business.

As Vice President of The Chamber of Commerce for Greater Philadelphia’s Talent and Workforce, Nikki guides the positioning of the region’s economy as equitable, inclusive, and committed to attracting, retaining and developing talent. Through her role, Nikki serves as a conveyor and connector between the region’s businesses and workforce, creating cross-sector partnerships, guiding career development and strategically leveraging public and private funding to promote regional economic growth. Nikki serves on the Board for Amplify Philly, is the Board Chair for the Technology Learning Collaborative and the Co-Chair for the Advocacy and Policy Advisory Board of 1Philadelphia. Nikki is also the founder of PHL Women in WkDev, a community of 100+ leaders and professionals to address the need for connection, collaboration, and career advancement in the field of workforce development.

As Director of the Chamber’s Business Attraction & Expansion efforts, James identifies, engages, and assists companies looking to locate or expand in the Greater Philadelphia region. James also markets the region at industry conferences and trade shows and forms strategic partnerships to drive business activity to the region.

As Manager of Business Attraction & Expansion, Lindsey builds coalitions of regional partners to engage and empower companies considering locating in Greater Philadelphia. She manages data analysis to help companies assess their business cases in the region and proactively attends conferences and trade shows to market the region. Lindsey holds a Master of City and Regional Planning and a Professional Certificate in Energy Management and Policy from the University of Pennsylvania’s Stuart Weitzman School of Design and its Kleinman Center for Energy Policy. Her professional background has touched regional planning, economic development research, campaign strategy, class action law, and tech hubs.
