The undeniably quaint and quirky culture of Greater Philadelphia’s Main Streets has led its neighborhoods to be named some of the best places to live in the United States. And, with annual festivals such as Phoenixville’s Blobfest and Conshohocken’s St Patrick’s Day Parade, the “sleepy small town” trope doesn’t apply.
