Delaware County, PA

Popularly known as “Delco,” Delaware County stretches from the urban center of Chester to the Main Line towns of Wayne and Radnor and into the Brandywine Valley. From urban to suburban to countryside, the county offers opportunities for businesses and industry as well as an assortment of housing and education options. Delaware County’s population is more than 576,000. Media, the county seat, is only 12 miles southeast of Philadelphia and accessible by trolley. Among the biggest employers in the county are Boeing, UPS, and Villanova University. Wawa, the popular convenience store, is headquartered in Delaware County, as is Lincoln Financial Group.
